Are you feeling nervous about starting college? Heading to college is a huge life milestone that often comes with big emotions, new expectations, and a lot of uncertainty.
That’s where The Confidence Club comes in. This 4-part series is a virtual, supportive, skills-based group designed to help students navigate the social, emotional, and academic challenges that come with moving into college—and into a whole new world.
Through engaging activities, real-life practice, and relatable discussions, students will build tools for making friends, managing stress, staying organized, and speaking up for themselves.
Think of it as a toolkit for confidence—so you can start your next chapter feeling ready, not rattled.
Sessions: Wednesdays starting in September from 12:00pm-1:00pm PST
