1. Confidentiality
All case material and discussions shared within the consultation group are strictly confidential.
Participants must not disclose any identifying client information outside of the consultation setting.
Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.

While every effort is made to create a secure environment, confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in a virtual setting. Participants are responsible for ensuring they join from a private and secure location.

2. Attendance & Participation
This is a live consultation group; participation is expected.
No make-up sessions will be provided for missed meetings.
Participants are encouraged to come prepared with cases or questions to maximize the learning experience.

3. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions.
Your spot in the group is only secured once payment is received.

4. Scope of Consultation
This consultation group is for professional development and does not replace formal supervision or licensure requirements.

The facilitators provide guidance based on EMDR principles, but ultimate clinical decision-making remains the responsibility of each participant.

5. Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group without a refund.
