CMHS 20-Year Reunion Tiki Boat Cruise Terms & Conditions
1. Event Details:
This event is a private 20-year reunion celebration taking place aboard a tiki boat in Newport Harbor on 8/30/25 @ 6:45PM - 10:00PM. The event includes a buffet dinner, an open bar, and a harbor cruise. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid identification upon boarding.
2. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or mechanical issues with the boat, the event organizers will make every reasonable effort to reschedule. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is fully canceled.
All sales are final.
3. Event Changes & Venue Modifications:
The event organizers reserve the right to modify the experience or change the venue if an insufficient number of tickets are sold. We need a minimum of 65 tickets sold.
In the event of a venue or experience change, ticket holders will be notified in advance.
No refunds will be issued due to venue modifications as long as the event remains scheduled.
4. Boarding & Departure:
The boat will depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided for missed boarding.
Attendees must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in.
5. Conduct & Liability:
This is a private event, and all guests are expected to behave responsibly. Any guest engaging in disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.
The event organizers, boat operators, and venue staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Attendees assume all risks associated with being on board a moving vessel, including but not limited to seasickness, slips, or falls.
6. Alcohol Consumption:
The open bar is available for guests aged 21 and over.
Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct will result in removal from the event without a refund.
The boat staff and event organizers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
7. Safety Regulations:
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the boat crew.
Life jackets are available on board in case of emergency.
Any attempt to jump overboard or engage in reckless behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and potential legal consequences.
8. Photo & Video Release:
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for event promotion and social media sharing. If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please inform the event organizers in advance.
9. COVID-19 & Health Precautions:
Attendees should not attend if experiencing any symptoms of illness.
By attending, guests acknowledge that they assume all risks related to potential exposure to illnesses in a public setting.
10. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
